“If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading.”  Lao Tzu

Our instructors are top professionals who are knowledgeable enough to train and qualify your rigging and signal personnel through skill improvement, knowledge enhancement and safety consciousness.

Our Training Methodology

Just like in our CESCL Certification Training Program, we adopt a combination of both classroom training and testing in addition to practical instruction and testing sessions. This gives our trainees an opportunity to explore both sides of the divide; theory and practice. The Importance of Our Qualified Rigger and Signalperson Training

According to the Affordable Care Act Compliance, workers are expected to abide by the OSHA regulations. Our training helps in reducing injuries and accidents at the workplace thereby reducing absenteeism and enhancing your productivity. Because our qualifying agents and instructors are in full compliance with the federal laws, you do not have to conduct independent research to verify whether all the certification requirements are observed. We have a large capacity that enables us to accommodate many candidates at once. This makes your crew to complete the training and get certified fast.

OSHA Requirements for a Rigger

According to OSHA, a rigger should possess a degree, have professional standing and extensive knowledge that enables him to successfully rig the load for a specific job. The qualified rigger is only required to be qualified for the particular job he is working on.

OSHA Requirements for a Signalperson

OSHA regulations require a signal person where the operator has an obstructed view of the point of operation. Also, in sites where there are specific concerns about the safety of the operation, a signalperson is required to offer directions during the process. The signalperson must understand the type of signals used in the work site, the crane dynamics including raising, swinging, lowering, boom deflection and stopping loads. They must pass both written and practical test.
